At Shubham Art Rugs, we stand behind the exceptional quality and premium artisan craftsmanship of our handmade wool carpets. 

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the exact date your item is delivered by FedEx. To be eligible for a return, your rug must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and kept inside its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shubhamartrugs.store your order number and clear photos of the item. 

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to our production facility in India, unless the item arrived structurally damaged or featured a manufacturing defect. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your handmade rug arrives damaged during shipping or features a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
